Depression is one of many factors that make your memories getting dull. And the solution to get rid your depression is by doing your hobby. Just do anything that makes you being happy and relaxes like chatting with your family, hang out with your friend, gossip with your squad or any kind of activities that make your depression go away.

More often you use your brain ability, better the quality of your brain and memory. Here some games that improve your memory: Luminosity, Tetris, backgammon, chess, etc.

  1. Get a good food

The quality of food is important for your healthy brain and body. Food for your brain is food which contains vitamin, antioxidant, fat and omega 3 such us berries, broccoli, pomegranate, salmon, mackerel, etc.
